We sell to most countries around the World.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box.

How much is delivery?

Standard Delivery – FREE

3 – 5 working days. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Next working day – £5.95

Monday-Friday for orders placed before 12pm.

Saturday Delivery – £8.95

Orders placed before 12pm on Friday. UK mainland only.

Sunday Delivery – £9.95

Orders placed before 12pm on Friday. UK mainland only.

Off-shore Delivery – £9.95

Monday-Friday for: Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

All orders are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature.

How can I track my order?

1 hour delivery slots will be allocated to each delivery. If you provide a mobile phone number, text notifications will be sent upon dispatch.

Return policy

We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.

To return a product, please contact our customer service team to request a prepaid returns label. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.

We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale.

We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged.

Items bought in-store should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.

Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to our Customer Service Department. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
